SECRET INGREDIENT
BISCUITS (DF)
INGREDIENTS
2 Cups GF Cup4Cup Flour, any brand
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tsp Baking Powder
½ Tsp Baking Soda
½ Tsp Salt
1 Cup DF Milk, not non-fat
¾ Cup Mayonnaise, not fat free
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 450F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking
powder, baking soda and salt.
In a small bowl, whisk together milk and mayonnaise until
smooth. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until no streaks of flour remain.
Dough will be sticky. Allow batter to sit for 15 minutes before baking
With a large scoop or tablespoon scoop balls of dough
onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until biscuits are golden.
Allow to cool slightly before serving
NOTE: Only make what will be eaten that day…store the
remaining dough in the fridge and use whenever needed.
