  1. Not sure what your point is as all these signs and symptoms and other diseases can also be caused by or result in many other illnesses and diseases, not just coeliac and gluten sensitivity. As any good medical professional will tell you, they look at the whole picture, and test for the most likely problems first.

  2. Sadly all of these signs, symptoms and diseases are a primary reason why it often takes 10+ years to get an accurate diagnosis of Celiac or NCGS. Most Docs are content to treat the symptoms with a prescription rather than look for the root cause of the problem. Treating Celiac and NCGS doesn't have the profit in it that treating the symptoms does.
