Naturally Gluten-Free Spice Mixes

TACO SPICE MIX

INGREDIENTS
 
¼ Cup Chili Powder
3 Tbsp Dried Minced Onion
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 ½ Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Dried Oregano
2 Tsp Ground Cumin
1 ½ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp Ground Coriander
 
DIRECTIONS
Air-Tight Storage Container w/Shaker Lid
 
Measure all ingredients into an air-tight storage container and shake well.  

Label and store in a cool, dry space away from sunlight.
 
To use:
Add 1/4 cup mix and 3/4 cup water to 1 lb ground meat
