2 Cups Granulated Sugar
8 Tbsp Butter
1⁄2 Cup Cocoa Powder
1⁄2 Cup Milk
3 Cups Quick-Cooking Oats (Certified GF)
1 Cup Pecans, finely chopped
1 Tsp Vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
Large cookie sheet with parchment paper
Bring sugar, butter, cocoa
powder, and milk to a boil in a 4-qt saucepan. Cook until sugar is dissolved
and butter is melted, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in oats, pecans,
and vanilla. Use a medium cookie scoop or teaspoon to portion out the
dough and drop cookies onto parchment paper-lined baking sheet; chill until
firm, about 10 minutes.
