Cheese and Egg Soufflé

Naturally Gluten-Free Meals
CHEESE AND EGG SOUFFLÉS
Serves 3 People

INGREDIENTS

6 Eggs
1⁄3 Cup Milk
Garlic Salt, Onion Salt, to taste
Pink Sea Salt, White Pepper, to taste
Shredded Cheese, any kind
3 Slices Cooked Bacon, crumbled

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375F
3 Individual Ramekins, buttered

In a medium bowl, mix eggs, milk, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Whisk vigorously until frothy and set aside. Place cheese and bacon crumbles into the ramekins and fill to about ½ full. Pour egg mixture into ramekins and fill to top. Place the ramekins on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes until high and fluffy. Serve immediately.
