Honey Banana Brownies, Gluten-Free Naturally

Naturally Gluten-Free Desserts
HONEY BANANA BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS

1 Egg
½ Cup Nut Butter
1 Ripe Banana
¼ Cup Honey
¼ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
½ Tsp Baking Soda
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ Cup Chocolate Chips, optional

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350°F
Prepare an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper

In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, and mix until the batter is smooth. Lastly, stir in the chocolate chips by hand if you’re adding them to the brownies.

Pour the batter into your prepared baking pan, using a spatula to distribute it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.  Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
