Chocolate Chip Cake, Gluten-Free Naturally

Naturally Gluten-Free
CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE
Vintage Recipe
 
INGREDIENTS

1 Pkg GF Yellow Cake Mix
1 Pkg Vanilla Instant Pudding
½ Cup Butter
1 Cup Sour Cream
Pinch Baking Soda
4 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Small Pkg Chocolate Chips
½ Cup Chopped Nuts
 
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven 375F
Angel Cake Pan or large Bundt pan
Grease and flour pan
 
Blend cake mix, pudding, butter, sour cream and soda in large bowl on low speed.  Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.  Add vanilla and continue beating on high speed for several minutes.  Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.  Sprinkle with half the chips and nuts.  Pour in remaining batter and cover with rest of chips and nuts.  Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow the cake to cool completely. Then gently loosen from sides before removing from pan.
