BETTER THAN SEX CAKE
100 Year Old Vintage Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 GF Yellow Cake Mix,
prepared
1 Large Can
Crushed Pineapple, unsweetened
1 Pkg
Cook-N-Serve Vanilla Pudding, prepared
1 8oz Pkg Cream
Cheese, softened
5 Fresh Bananas, sliced
1 Carton Whipping
Cream, prepared
1 Small Pkg
Coconut Flakes
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven 350F
9x12 greased pan
Make one yellow cake
mix according to package directions and bake in pan. Remove cake from oven when done
and immediately pour pineapple and juice evenly over the hot cake. Allow cake to cool completely.
Mix one package
vanilla pudding according to package directions. Allow to cool slightly mixing so that skin
does not form on top. Add cream cheese
(softened) and blend thoroughly. Pour
over pineapple cake. Allow to cool one
more time.
Top with 5 sliced bananas, then spread with
whipped cream. Sprinkle with coconut and
refrigerate for two hours. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve and
enjoy.
