
Naturally Gluten-Free Drink Mixes
CHAI TEA MIX
8 Cups Dry Mix
2 Cups Unsweetened Instant Tea
1 ½ Cups Powdered French Vanilla Nondairy Creamer
1 ¼ Cups Powdered Nondairy Creamer
1 ¼ Cups Brown Sugar, packed
¾ Cup Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
2 ½ Tsp Cinnamon
1 ½ Tsp Nutmeg
1 ¼ Tsp Cardamom
1 ¼ Tsp Cloves
1 Tsp Allspice
¼ Tsp White Pepper
Air-Tight Storage Container
Place ¼ cup of mix in a mug and add ¾ cup of warm milk and stir.
