Ingredients
1 can Corn,
drained
1 can Black Beans,
drained & rinsed
1 medium Onion, diced
2 large Tomatoes,
diced
2 Avocados, diced
1 fresh Lemon,
juiced
2 cloves Garlic,
smashed & diced
Salt & Pepper
to taste
Toss everything
into a bowl, mix well and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled or room
temperature with chips or crackers.
