Naturally Gluten-Free Appetizers
Crab Rangoon Dip
INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Crab Meat
16 Oz Soft Goat Cheese
½ Cup Sour Cream
4 Green Onions, chopped
1 Tsp Coconut Aminos
1/2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Dash of Hot Sauce
3 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
½ Tsp Ginger
½ Tsp Garlic Powder
½ Tsp Lemon Juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350
With clean hands, crumble the crab meat and remove any
hard pieces of shell that may have been missed. Chop the green onions and add
to the crab meat, mixing well.
In a separate bowl add all remaining ingredients and mix
well. Combine everything with the crabmeat and stir. Pour into an oven-proof
baking dish and bake for 30 mins at 350 degrees. Serve warm with veggie spears,
plain chips, or rice crackers.
